Nightmares & Dreamscapes

Starting tonight, TNT wil be showing "Nightmares & Dreamscapes", an anthology 4-episode series based on stories by Stephen King. Each episode will contain two stories, starting with "Battleground" (from Night Shift) and "Crouch End" (from Nightmares & Dreamscapes). Future episodes are:

July 19
"Umney's Last Case"
"The End of the Whole Mess"

July 26
"The Road Virus Heads North"
"The Fifth Quarter"

August 2
"Autopsy Room Four"
"You Know They've Got a Hell of a Band"

Well, the series is over (that was an ultra fast month). I was pretty impressed by the episodes. There was one or two that I didn't dig, but that was personal preference. Otherwise, great shows.

I was impresed by the different directing styles. My favorite of course was "Battleground", Having the complete episode without dialogue was genius. It was the most suspenseful and action packed of them all.

Hope there'l be more in the future.
